Pakistani hospitals, pharmaceutical distributors, and vaccine logistics companies across Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, and Lahore use dry ice pellets to maintain cold chains below -70°C for mRNA vaccines, clinical samples, and biological specimens.
Meat processors, seafood exporters at Karachi port, airline caterers, and Lahore's food delivery networks use food-grade dry ice to keep perishables frozen without water residue during transit.
Wedding organisers across Islamabad, Lahore, and Rawalpindi use dry ice pellets in fog machines to produce dense, low-lying clouds for bridal entries, concerts, and stage productions.
High-end restaurants, bars, and wedding halls in Karachi's Clifton, Lahore's Gulberg, and Islamabad's F-6 use dry ice pellets for smoking cocktails, champagne tower fog, and carbonated tableside desserts.
Textile factories in Faisalabad and automotive plants in Karachi's SITE Industrial Area use 3mm dry ice pellets in CO2 blasting machines for waterless, residue-free machinery cleaning.
University research labs and private diagnostic centres across Pakistan use dry ice pellets for rapid chemical freezing, cryogenic specimen storage, and controlled laboratory experiments.
Precision engineering workshops in Rawalpindi and Karachi use solid CO2 to cryogenically contract metal bearings, shafts, and bushings for press-fit assembly into tight housings.
CO2 gas displacement using solid dry ice eliminates bedbugs, mosquitoes, and crawl-space pests without pesticide chemicals — a chemical-free method used in residential and commercial spaces across Pakistan.
Why Solid CO2 Outperforms Regular Ice in Pakistan
Regular water ice melts, ruining packaging, causing bacterial contamination, and creating dangerous biological spillage. Dry ice eliminates all three problems.
The Solid CO2 Paradigm Shift
By switching to high-density dry ice pellets, commercial shippers and event organizers eliminate packaging ruins, bacterial risks, and active cooling power dependency.Zero Moisture — Sublimates Directly to Gas
Dry ice transitions from solid to carbon dioxide gas, bypassing the liquid phase entirely. Packaging stays dry, products stay uncontaminated, and no cleanup is required after use.
Super-Cold at -78.5°C — Twice as Powerful as Water Ice
Dry ice delivers over twice the cooling energy per kg compared to water ice. A 10 kg block maintains effective cold chain temperatures for 48–72 hours inside our insulated containers.
Eco-Friendly — Carbon-Neutral CO2
Our dry ice is produced from industrial CO2 that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere. Using it does not generate additional carbon emissions.

Dry Ice General Applications FAQs
Learn key facts about ordering, shipping limitations, safety parameters, and dry ice properties.
What is the minimum order for dry ice in Pakistan?
Our minimum order starts at 2 kg. All orders — regardless of size — are packed in insulated containers to preserve cooling capacity during delivery. Bulk pricing applies from 50 kg onwards.
How long does dry ice last in Pakistan's climate?
Inside our insulated EPS containers, dry ice sublimates at 5%–10% per 24 hours. A 10 kg pack maintains effective cooling for 48–72 hours even in Pakistan's summer heat.
Is dry ice safe to handle?
Dry ice is extremely cold at -78.5°C. Direct bare skin contact causes cryogenic frostbite. Always handle using insulated cryogenic gloves, protective goggles, and a dry ice scoop. Never place in airtight containers.
Can dry ice be added to drinks?
Never add loose dry ice directly to any beverage intended for consumption, as ingesting solid CO2 causes severe internal injury. Use our ChilliSticks — sealed containers that create dramatic fog effects while keeping pellets safely contained.
Is dry ice legal for indoor event use in Pakistan?
Yes. Dry ice is legal, non-toxic, and odourless for indoor use. Ensure proper ventilation in enclosed spaces, as sublimating CO2 can displace oxygen in very small, unventilated rooms. All major event venues in Pakistan use it safely.
